With so much warmth and pleasure, I’d like to welcome you, your friends and family to Gaia Villa! It was humbly created from a long time vision of providing a nurturing space for people to commune with each other and nature.
With wellness and retreats in mind, the 4000sf villa includes countless amenities including an indoor yoga studio, outdoor yoga pavilion, oversized spa, boulder firepit, rooftop patio, and even alkaline water on tap and humidifiers to stay hydrated. If there’s anything missing, we are here to serve!

ROOMS AND BEDS:

- Main Bedroom: king bed, en-suite bath, plus optional roll away twin bed
- Guest Room 2: queen bed (please note this room may switch to 2 twins during the summer)
- Guest Room 3: 2 twin XL beds (or option to set up as king)
- Guest Room 4: queen bed
- Guest Room 5: 4 twins  (2 twins, twin daybed, twin trundle)

- Yoga Studio (6th Room) - 2 twins (*Please note this is a separate structure with no restroom. Guest would have to use the restrooms located in the main house. There is a stackable daybed which can be set up as a daybed or as 1 or 2 twin beds. They are lightweight and can be easily moved around.)
- DEN (common area, semiprivate): Queen Sleeper Sofa Pull Out Bed

BED PREFERENCES: Please notify us at least one day prior to check-in if you have requests for additional beds set up:
- Master room: need extra twin bed cot?
- Guestroom #3: prefer set up as 2 twins or 1 king?
- Yoga room: 1 or 2 twin beds? (daybed is default setup)
- Den: Setup sleeper sofa set up as queen bed?


REFERRAL SERVICES:
Please ask us for referrals for specialty services such as on-site massage therapist, yoga instructor, private chef, hiking tours, photographers, etc. We strive to provide responsive service and uphold high standards of cleanliness (stringent COVID cleaning protocols) to ensure our guests can have a memorable experience.


NEIGHBORHOOD:
Gaia Villa is located in the upscale residential area in the town of Yucca Valley and just 15 minutes from the main entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Enjoy refreshing morning walks or hikes in the neighborhood with mesmerizing desert views and fauna. Black Rock Campground and hiking trail is also only 5 minutes away and takes you to an alternate entrance to JTNP. Our guests will also appreciate the convenience of major grocery stores (including Super Wal-Mart), shops, and restaurants within a quick ten minute drive!


We are approximately 2.5 hours from Los Angeles (LAX Airport), 45 minutes from Palm Springs Airport (PSP) and the Low Desert’s Coachella Valley (including the infamous cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, and Coachella).

You will have access to the entire property and house. We strive for excellent service and will be available by phone or email to assist our guests in any way. We are also available 24 hours for emergencies.

ADDITIONAL NOTES AND TERMS:

- Noise: No outside music, instruments, or excessive noise is permitted even during the day as sound travels very far in the desert. There is a strict City noise ordinance in place starting at 9pm. We utilize sound monitoring systems on site. Continued violation of this policy may result in a penalty as well as immediate termination and eviction. Please see complete terms and agreements for details.
- Guest Occupancy: We can accommodate 12 overnight guests, and up to 14 with approval. $100 per person per night fee over 12 guests. Additional daytime visitors or guests are not permitted without prior approval. Please notify us should you intend to have vendors on-site. Violation of this policy may result in penalty as well as immediate termination and eviction. Please see complete terms and agreements for details.
- Pets: Up to 2 dogs may be allowed with prior approval. There is a $200 fee per dog. Certain breed and weight restrictions may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
- Special Events/Filming/Photography: Special uses for the property for special events, filming, or commercial photography are not permitted without prior approval. If approved a fee may be assessed. Please contact us for pricing and terms.
- Parking: only on paved or gravel driveway. Street parking is not allowed and cars may be towed. Recreational vehicles not allowed.
