Our house welcomes you in the hollow of a serene valley, at the edge of a bright and picturesque stream.
Relax fully by combining the calm of rest and activity.
The house is located in the mountains, 2 km from the center of the village, in absolute calm of a natural environment. Relax by the pool under the mild sun of the south. Lie on a chaise-longue with a refreshing drink in your hand and listen to the bird's field.
The best beaches in the area are only 10 km away, of course you can go on hot summer days.
Several interesting places to visit are nearby.
Including Collioure, a beautiful maritime village called "the pearl of the region" or even Ceret, city that inspired many famous painters (Picasso, Chagall, Matisse, Soutine and others ...) you will find a Museum of Modern Art.
Perpignan, Carcassonne and Montpellier are easily accessible to the north.
The Spanish border, located 20 km away, you can easily visit Figueres with the Dalí Museum, the Costa Brava, Gerona or even Barcelona.
Shops, small shops and bakeries are 5 minutes by car. The big supermarkets will be accessible in 10 min.
Several walking and hiking trails start a few meters from the house, you will also find mountain biking and jogging trails.
The house, in itself, is very bright, with WiFi and TV.
The living room is connected to a spacious dining room and an open, fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm and 160 cm wide) have views of the garden.
The bathroom has a modern shower cabin.
The WC is independent. In the living room: a convertible sofa 110 cm wide and up the spiral, one reaches a room-mezzanine, with also a double bed 140 cm wide.
The terrace overlooking the garden with mountain views is equipped with a dining table and an electric awning.
The pool is large of 9. 50m x 4. 0m, completely private, without vis-à-vis surrounded by the garden.
During warm periods, the house stays perfectly refreshed thanks to the cooling floor.
Bed linen and towels are provided
