This special place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. Located in an amenity filled community with lakes, fishing, heated pools, recreation center, rental boats and more. All major attractions are just a short 10-20 minute drive away like Kalahari indoor water park, Camelback waterpark, Mohegan sun Pocono casino and Mount Airy casino. Skiing , snowboarding, snow tubing, ATV rental, paintball, horseback riding, Hiking, and zip lining are all available close by.
The space
First floor-
Three bedrooms total
Two bedroom's that each contain a queen size bed. One bedroom with two single beds that can easily be pushed together to create another queen size bed.
One full bathroom and one half bath
Fully stocked Kitchen
Comfy living room for relaxing.
An entertainment room that includes a pool table, arcade machine and Ping pong table.
Washer and dryer area

The loft holds three single beds, one being a trundle holding another single bed underneath that can be pulled out for easy access.
Guest access
There is a driveway that holds two cars then the one car can park at the top of the driveway. During winter conditions we suggest all cars park at the top of the driveway.
Other things to note
Arrowhead Lake
*Transaction Fee of $10.00 will be charged for registrations completed 5 or more days prior to the arrival date. The transaction fee will be 20$ if completed less than 5 days prior to arrival.
*A late fee of 25$ will be added if the form is not completed 3 days prior to check in
*All guests must check in at front desk-Must have drivers license and registration for each vehicle-A gate card is required for each vehicle
Fees-First vehicle is free, the fee is 15$ for each additional vehicle.

Wristbands
Sept 16th-May 14th-$2:00 per a person/per day for guests age 12 and older
May 15th-Sept 15th-$ 8.00 per person/per day for guests age 12 and older.
