Enjoy this newly renovated cozy cottage that is a stone's throw to Newfound Lake and close to many mountains and trails.
In the summer, enjoy the the public beach right across the street and several great restaurants, all in walking distance. There's a grill, fire pit, and big lawn, all perfect for a week long retreat on one of NH's cleanest lakes!
In the winter, you can store your snowmobile in the shed and from the house jump on to the many trails in the surrounding mountains! There are so many ski resorts in under an hour's drive from the house. Plus skating, sledding and lots of winter fun all around.
This cottage has everything you would need for relaxing days at the lake! The second floor is newly renovated with 2 bedrooms (one room with a queen bed and one room with 2 twin beds) that have a picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. There is a bedroom with a full bed on the first floor. There are 2 full bathrooms with one bathroom completely new. This is a perfect cottage for a family or couples. The kitchen has everything you would need: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, blender, plates/bowls, kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, basic condiments, dish soap/sponges and grill utensils. For our guests convenience, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, and a hair dryer.
There are 2 cottages located on this property, this listing is for cottage 2 (the cottage furthest away from the driveway). There is a shared patio space between the cottages, but each has their own grill, and outdoor table. Schedule permitting both cottages can be booked for the same week.
