Wild Grape is our quintessential Jamaican cottage. Set on the edge of coral cliffs and surrounded by lush tropical flora. Wild Grape is the ideal private setting to enjoy commanding views of the setting sun as it drops into the turquoise Caribbean. The cottage is spacious and airy with a genuine Jamaican vibe.
The house has two air conditioned bedrooms. Each stylishly furnished master suite has a king sized bed and private cut stone bathroom. (One king bed can be converted into two twin beds). The living room opens up directly to the spectacular view of the sea looking over the sitting veranda. Gentle sea breezes sweep throughout house while you enjoy the comfortable island furnishings. A separate kitchenette is fully equipped for light meal preparation. Have your meals served on a covered outdoor dining terrace, just beyond sits a private sunning patio and dynamic views. This villa enjoys a secluded cliff side swimming/sunning platform for ultimate privacy. Wild Grape is splendid and special for those seeking a dazzling Jamaican destination.

SeaGrape is a lush and lovely botanical tropical paradise. Perfectly situated atop the edge of the world famous cliffs of Negril. The lush one acre property has three beautiful and unique cottages that are fully appointed with Jamaican charm. It is an idyllic retreat for honeymooners, couples, small groups, destination weddings or families. The azure Caribbean Sea is outside your door, or just steps away. Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and stargazing are there for the duration of your stay…not to mention the most incredible world famous sunsets in total privacy and a secluded setting. Nothing but you, the sea, the sky and the sun… a cocktail and a little Bob Marley…perfection!

Personal laundry is available for additional costs. Services are provided by our housekeepers Christine and Lorna. They will be happy to assist you with your laundry needs. Payment is due upon receipt of clothing and paid directly to Christine or Lorna.

Chef Omar is on site for all of your culinary desires. He has wonderful menus and a brand new kitchen in which to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! He specializes in delicious island specialties and can serve up various cuisines that are loved around the world. Have him create memorable Jamaican feasts that can be enjoyed al fresco on the terraced dining areas at each of the cottages. Cost of food services is paid directly to Omar.

Nightly watch is provided by Bentley, our live in gardener and friend.

Outside the gates of Sea Grape Villas, the neighborhood is warm and welcoming. Local businesses are within walking distance for most of your vacation needs.
The famous white sands of the seven marvelous miles of Negril beach are a short taxi ride away.

Negril is approximately 1 ½ hours from Montego Bay Airport. We use the services of private drivers and are happy to pass along their contacts.
All transportation and communication is between the customer and drivers including sightseeing, daytrips and excursions.
