Here you live in cozy rural surroundings but at the same time only a couple of kilometers from the sea. Perfect to cycle to the bathing area for those who enjoy cycling on their holiday. The house has a large living room with dining area in the middle of the house and then the 3 bedrooms are located on either side of this. The kitchen is large, and has another dining area. There are also various seating options out in the garden so you can enjoy the summer as you wish. In the three large bedrooms there is a double bed in each, one also has a crib. The two rooms on the right side of the house connect to each other, with a door in between. In order to preserve as much of the house's charm as possible, one did not want to change too much on the floor plan and the bathroom is therefore relatively small but adequate, and has a threshold up to about 10 cm. A little over 1.2 miles away is Kårehamn, a small picturesque fishing village. There is also a bathing area with a sandy beach and jetty. There is also a fish shop, restaurant and a cozy café during the summer. The house is also well located for those who want to explore the rest of Öland, with about 30 min drive to Böda beach, or 20 min drive to Borgholm. Within a radius of 30km there are also 2 golf clubs for those interested in golf.
