The Villa is ideally suited for one or two couples seeking quality accomodation nearby to Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula or Tasmania's East Coast.
Or alternatively, it is the ideal Family Holiday Base to explore Hobart, Port Arthur & beyond.

The National Parks with walking tracks aplenty invite you to don the boots. Return to Villa Rochford to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surrounds of the Olive Grove, sounds of the country and abundant bird life. Or, you could easily visit the Port Arthur Historic Site. Book a Tasman Island Cruise & view the amazing coastline and wildlife of the Tasman Peninsula.
Visit the beautiful East Coast. Only 40 minutes to your first stop. Beaches & Vineyards await.

Villa Rochford offers you a Cheese platter on arrival. Breakfast provisions (Fresh fruit, granola, eggs & bacon) are also provided for your first morning.
The property is self catering with a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ. You can pick up food provisions on route from Hobart Airport at Sorell Woolworths, Coles or Sorell Country Fresh Market.

Both bedrooms are equipped with King size double beds (can be split) & each bedroom has its own Ensuite.
An additional fold out bed is available should you need to sleep 5.

We now offer Country Style weddings on the Rochford Hall property. The ceremony can be held in a number of sites amongst the Olive Grove.
The Reception, can seat up to 64 or cater for 80 in a casual cocktail style, in a newly built Barn complimenting the Villa design.
