The Chalet is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while looking out upon the towering pines and Lake Arrowhead.
Disconnect from the rest of the world, smell the fresh pines, and re-connect with yourself and loved ones.
The Chalet is perfect for getting away from it all with family and friends. The entire home has been remodeled. The style is rustic modern. New open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Large back deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. Large bed and bath on the main floor, easily accessible with no stairs. There are stairs from the parking deck but the driveway also accesses the entry with no stairs. Large living room with gas starter and wood burning fireplace perfect for relaxing, watching TV or playing games, two bedrooms downstairs (one with a deck), a large bed/bath suite upstairs and highchair and pack n play. All of the modern conveniences with the calm slower pace of the mountains.
You will receive a Welcome Document with access code prior to your check in date.
This mountain area has narrow windy roads. We live in the area so we expect it in the mountains, but if you are not familiar with it, you may not be expecting the windy roads.
We interact with you when you need us!
Access is on a private road giving the chalet a more remote feel.
Pet fee is $25 per dog per night.
Quiet hours begin at 9pm.
We provide starter coffee. If you are staying longer than one night, you will need to bring your own coffee.
The Chalet has a driveway to fit two cars and a single car on the parking deck. Max three cars.
Pre-approved Early check-in/Late Check-out $20.00 per hour
We accept up to 2 dogs. Cats are not possible
Pet fee is $25 per dog per night.
Age minimum of 25
- 2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons unless there is a 1 night booking that includes only 1 weekend night.
-To make this property affordable and reasonable for small groups as well as large groups there is an extra guest fee of $19 per person after 6 people.
You must agree to the terms of our rental agreement prior to receiving the Welcome Information. We will e-mail you the rental agreement upon completion of your booking.
