Villa Karouzi in Tala, Paphos, Cyprus is a very special high spec luxury villa with three bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom and cloakroom and sleeps six. Villa Karouzi has some stunning design features both inside and out, an elevated position with sea views, stone detailed exterior, private heated pool with roman steps, air conditioned throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, enclosed garden, garage, alarm, choice of BBQ's, Clay Oven, Gas Fire, Central Heating, Home Entertainment System, Satellite TV (with UK Channels) and Wi-Fi. There is even a wine fridge and 4 slice toaster with bun warmer!

All in a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive to Paphos Town and the beach at Coral Bay. The villa is even fitted with a UK style sanitary system (no bins required for paper). A Mitsubishi Pajero automatic, 7 seater 4x4 is included in the rental price. This enables you to fully explore Paphos and Cyprus and also represents a significant cost saving on your holiday. There is no obligation to use the car or for the owner to replace at any time.

Interior

First impressions at Villa Karouzi in Tala are the modern clean lines and smart design features. The ground floor is light, bright and airy and has a large open plan space comprising lounge, dining area and through to the kitchen.

The lounge has a choice of sofas and Home Entertainment System comprising large TV with IPTV (UK Premium TV Channels), DVD (Blu-Ray/Multi-Region), IPOD connectivity and surround speakers. An X-Box 360 is provided with 2 controllers for entertainment (limited games supplied).). A modern gas fire is provided for cooler Winter evenings.

The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large glass topped table seating six comfortably. Large sliding doors open out from the dining area to the outside terrace and private pool.

Villa Karouzi's kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in chestnut colour with matching granite work surfaces and tiled splash backs. Major stainless steel appliances include large American style fridge/freezer with water cooler/ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, hood and microwave.

A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.

Upstairs at Villa Karouzi the master bedroom features a super king-sized bed (6ft wide), patio doors to balcony (with furniture and great sea views) and an en-suite shower room which has a large cubicle and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom also has a super king-sized bed, TV & DVD player and shares access to the upstairs balcony.

The third bedroom is a twin room with its own balcony and views to the mountains. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside units.

Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom with shower, bath, wc, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Villa Karouzi in Tala is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in addition, has wireless internet, and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof. Towels are supplied for inside as well as by the pool. A wooden cot and booster seat for the dining chairs can also be provided. The villa is fitted with a UK style sanitary system (no bins required for paper).

**Please note that all beds have been fitted with memory foam mattress toppers. Should any guest have orthopaedic needs or personal preferences these can be removed in advance or by contacting the local managers after arrival**

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of Movies & TV series which is regularly updated.**

Exterior

The outside areas of Villa Karouzi are what really sets it apart from other equivalent villas in the area.

The centerpiece of the holiday villa's exterior is a very inviting 8m x 4m private heated pool with roman steps for ease of access. The surrounding areas of the pool comprise of 2 lovely decked areas, one with room for sun loungers (6 supplied) and another above the garage which is equipped with a rattan style sofa set and table (ideal for coffees or drinks whilst admiring the views).

A dining terrace, accessed from the internal living areas, is used for alfresco dining and completes this area. The dining terrace has an overhanging ceiling fan for use in the summer months and a patio heater to allow use in cooler off-season evenings also. 2 large parasols are provided for shade as desired. A traditional stone built BBQ is available for use with all equipment supplied for normal or rotisserie style cooking. A large Gas BBQ gives a further choice of outdoor cooking depending on your preference. A clay oven is also available at the rear of the house.

Most of the outside areas afford spectacular uninterrupted views of the soothing blue colours of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the surrounding hillside. The pretty flowers, shrubs and trees add to the atmosphere, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or shade.

The villa further benefits from a garage allowing any car used to keep cool in Summer. Additional parking is available outside the villa's entrance. The villa is alarmed for your peace of mind.

The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods (less than 7 days) between existing bookings may not be accepted.

''We had a lovely time at Villa Karouzi! The villa was excellent. Well equipped for all our needs. The pool cover was brilliant and kept the water at the perfect temperature so the kids could swim late at night and not get cold. We loved all the outside spaces, esp the raised Astro deck. Perfect for breakfast or sunset drinks, and you do get to see some amazing sunsets!

We loved the location. It was great to be able to walk to the supermarket and into the square where there are some fabulous restaurants. The coffee shop was also a favourite. It was also close enough to drive to the beaches and the harbour, where we spent a lot of time Esp recommend Mpania restaurant for breakfast. Lovely to sit outside while the kids played in the water. Highly recommend getting out to the Blue Lagoon. We had a great time swimming the crystal clear water.

The communication with you has been great. As my friend Natalie had said you were very good and prompt with emails and requests. We would love to come back to Cyprus and would definitely use your services again. We loved the villa, the location and the car so that would a great option again.

''The villa was very nice, with a nice view. Location was good, actually better than last year in tremithousa (mostly because of the roads getting there). Ocean basket is one of our favorites.
Very satisfied with your service, it´s my second year booking through your agents, you were very helpful. We didn´t have any problems, so we didn´t communicate much (with local managers) but overall was good. Few things that we needed help with, he helped us really fast. The bed was the best that we have slept on, this actually made our vacation even better that we could sleep without any back pain. The pool was really warm, please thank the property owner for that. ''The villa is amazing ,the photos really show it as it is. The location for us was great, about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shop and a bit further for restaurants / bars.
We really likes old Paphos and would have spent more time here if we discovered it earlier. The restaurant Melitzia in Tala was very good.

Yes, letsRentOnline have been fantastic. Really good communication! We only communicated with the owner once and also with the people taking care of the house. They were very nice and helpful. I really have no room for improvement with regards to the property, all was great and having the car was fantastic. ''

''We would just like to say we had a fabulous time stopping at Villa Karouzi. The villa exceeded all our expectations, it had everything we needed and more both inside and outside the villa were wonderful. The villa was spotless and kept to a very high standard. We loved its quiet location and beautiful views.If we needed to go any where we had the car which was a great bonus.

We are usually ready to come home but not this time we could have just stayed there. The service you gave us was great keeping in touch until we left for the villa, could not have asked for more. Colin was great he came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there and when we had a little bit of trouble with the alarm he had someone out within half an hour of telling him. To be honest we did not go on any trips and did not visit any local restaurants we were just happy where we were, we did go and visit The Tome Of The Kings and The bath of Aphrodite which we did under our own steam visiting Latchi for lunch. Andy the taxi driver was great he looked after us really well. We would love to visit Cyprus again and return to the villa we are just considering it at the moment. Many thanks Anne ''

''Villa Karouzi is first class and did not disappoint in anyway way. It was just as described online.

The location is good especially as there is a car in the deal. The views are great from the terrace. The Melitzia (query the spelling) in Tala was excellent and recommended by Andy, taxi driver. He booked us a splendid table on two occasions and arranged taxis in both directions. First class service.

We were very satisfied with your services and everything ran very smoothly. We only had cause to call on sight managers once to replace a couple of light bulbs in the kitchen. All sorted by the time we returned from our day out.

I would like to say a special thank you to Andy who met us at the airport and is such a fantastic ambassador for Cyprus. He looked after us right up to delivering us and our luggage to the airport on our final day. We changed our plans and decided not to rent a car on our final day having met Andy. “Our trip to Cyprus was wonderful and we nearly had to drag the kids into the plane – they didn’t want to leave!!

When we receive good service we are only too happy to leave feedback so here you go:

The villa was just as described but so much more. The entertainment system and all of the channels available, musical options, general facilities and use of the car make it incredibly good value for money. The owners are obviously shrewd cookies because compared to friends who also went at the same time (we were all going to a Wedding in Coral Bay) we seemed to have so much more in comparison.

The location was great. We’d stayed in Tala a few years back but much further up the hill. It was a relatively short walk to the minimart and pharmacy if wanted to and it was very easy to find from the main road. Being up in the hills it was also noticeably cooler than down in Paphos. That was a godsend for the kids.

The list is just endless of places to recommend. We were particularly taken with the Akamas Peninsula as the sunsets were just so beautiful but to be honest, we ate well and had the best of times just about everywhere. In Coral Bay, Andria Restaurant gave us some of the best steak meals we’d ever had. Not particularly safe for kids to swim but the beach at Kissonerga had some of the most beautiful blues and aquamarine colours we’d seen. The waves were hypnotic and we all enjoyed just being there. Polis was a nice relaxed area and the water was so clear. A lovely day out. Coral Bay beach was great. Paphos Harbour fun .... diving off the wall with the locals.

The service you offered was just about perfect. We’ve recommended you guys to all of the other hotel guests who felt trapped in their hotel rooms the week of the Wedding. Your attention to detail was first class.
Colin and his team were very quiet and efficient. The pool was cleaned quietly and unobtrusively. Everything worked as advertised so didn’t have to call on him at any time. When we did see him, he was very polite and friendly.

Given the luxury of the car and entertainment system which we’d struggle to find anywhere else within that budget range, I think the whole package is incredibly good value. The villa and your service was absolutely fantastic. We had the most wonderful time and as the kids said ‘Best holiday ever!!’. All of your recommendations were great too. The valet service at the petrol station, Yvonne was wonderful with the car seats, Andreas taxi was excellent, Latchi watersports looked brilliant but we couldn’t convince the kids to spend the day in a boat. I think you’ve got the right mix of everything going on. Very well done...''
