The apartment is furnished to a high standard, has a modern design fully AC, and offers all the supreme comforts for your relaxing and carefree stay.
The accommodation features 1,500 square feet of free living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a pool right outside the unit, and access to exclusive and unique amenities.

Bedrooms:
-Master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bath, and a balcony
-Queen sized bedroom shares a bathroom and a shower with the 3bdr
-Bedroom with two single beds (ideal for a family with kids)
All bedrooms are bright, fitted with comfy beds, and lined with hotel-quality linens & plush pillows for your absolute relaxation.

Living space: spacious and well-lit living room is fitted with beautiful art pieces, comfortable couches, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix for everyone to enjoy time together after an eventful day. There is also a dining area for 6 where you can enjoy hearty meals.

Kitchen: If you like to cook, our contemporary-styled kitchen is wonderfully stocked with modern appliances and cookware for your carefree stay. The following items are at your entire disposal: microwave, stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, utensils, tea & coffee maker, basic ingredients, and more. All guests will be welcomed with a 1-day water supply, coffee caps and tea.

Balconies: the unit offers a large balcony

Laundry: there is also a full-size stackable washer & dryer and ironing facilities for your convenience.

Towels, bed linens, complimentary toiletries, unlimited Wi-Fi, FREE Parking, 24-hour security, and other small things are also provided for our guests.


All our guests have full access to the apartment and Palm’s Cay facilities including the deep-water marina, a powder-soft beach, playgrounds, spa center, tennis courts, restaurant & bar either free of charge or for an extra fee.

-POOLS: there is a total of 3 pools guests can use, one is right outside the unit
-PRIVATE BEACH: guests can enjoy Palm Cay's private beach
-PLAYGROUND/KID’S ZONE: There is a playground where children can have fun

-GYM: Daily gym passes can be purchased for $15 per day or $50 per week per person (discounts available)
-TENNIS COURTS: There are two tennis courts guests can use for an additional fee
-SPA: Palm Cay features a premium SPA with skin & body & massage treatments

MEMBERS-ONLY CLUB WITH POOL BAR AND SERVICED BEACH: featuring private cabanas, a large pool, a serviced beach, and great cocktails. Access to the members-only area is free of charge for guests staying over 15 nights, or USD 10 per day / USD 50 per week per person for shorter stays (discounts available). Purchase of the resort pass is not mandatory.


ACTIVITIES

-KAYAKS/SUP: Kayaks and SUP boards can be rented for USD 15 per hour (subject to availability)
-BICYCLES: Bicycles can be rented starting from USD 15 per hour or USD 30 per day
-SCOOTERS: Bird Scooters are available all around the community
-PILATES: Pilates classes are available on Wednesday and Fridays (subject to availability)
-YOGA: Yoga is available on Wednesdays (subject to availability)
-SPA: Palm Cay features a SPA with different massages and treatments are Medical massages are also available in the comfort of your apartment through another provider.
-COVID test. Qualified nurses will visit you in the comfort of your place and perform a COVID test for your arrival/departure.
