Villa Park le Carré Beauchêne is a nice and quiet resort and is located about 3 km away from the cozy harbour of Sainte-Maxime, the golf course and the beach. The parks are nicely landscaped and richly endowed with beautiful southern French shrubs, flowers and plants. The resort has a central reception where you can ask questions and advice about the region. Sainte-Maxime is an ideal family destination on the Côte d'Azur close to the famous village of Saint-Tropez (15 km). There is something to do for everyone! You can enjoy the sun (approximately 300 days of sunshine a year!)at one of the beautiful beaches, while the children take another dip in the azure Mediterranean. At the end of the afternoon you wander along the promenade, with or without ice cream, past the nice souvenir shops and market stalls, and then settle down at one of the many cosy terraces. For a visit to the chic St. Tropez, you'd best take the boat (departure from the port of Sainte-Maxime) this way, you'll avoid the coastal road during the high season. During the trip you can admire the luxurious yachts that are on their way to the coolest beach bars of Plage Pampelonne. In St. Tropez, you will lack for time seeing and admiring all the splendour on the quay. Port Grimaud, the French Venice, was founded in 1964 and is built on lagoons and drained marshes. The water town, with the colourful Provençal cottages, is connected by canals and bridges, and almost everything is done by boat. On the terraces on the cool quay it is wonderful to enjoy all that beauty.

Since May 2018 ten villas have been thoroughly renovated, refurbished and have come under new management. We guarantee our clients a renovated villa under professional guidance. It consists of around 45 spacious Provençal villas with private swimming pool spread over 3 sections: "Les Hauts", "Le Village" and "Les Restanques", about 700 m from each other. The price includes many extras such as air conditioning, the use of bed and bath linen, bathrobes, beds made on arrival, cleaning halfway and at the end of the stay, a welcome pack and a flower on the table! All villas offer a spacious living room with fireplace (wood available) and a well-equipped 'American Kitchen'.
