As you walk into the property, you are met by a spacious reception and lounge area, which leads to all other areas of the house, including a gorgeous kitchen and a separate TV room. From the patio outside are views of the lovely landscaped gardens, out across the Sandy Lane golf course and to the pretty green countryside and ocean beyond. There are plenty of shady spots to relax, or a large sun terrace for those who want to enjoy a spot of sunbathing. The patio area also provides the perfect place to sit in the evening, enjoying a cold drink and watching the sunset. The garden here is also a great place to host an intimate wedding for up to 50 guests. Sandy Lane Beach is just a short distance from the property, and there are a few lovely restaurants all just a short drive away. Holetown is great for a spot of shopping if you fancy some retail therapy too! Due to the style and design of staircase in the garden, we advise that care is taken when using this area of the property, especially with children.
