This brand new detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs a double en suite and a twin en suite both have fabulous balconies from which to enjoy the views. In the large living room there is a sofa, on which 2 people can sleep too. There is a highchair for children, children's toys and books. One of the bedrooms is a great room for children.

Downstairs is another room with sofa for two persons to the downstairs shower room.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

The complex has 2 restaurants and swimming pools, a children's playground. The complex is located away from night clubs and fuss.
The main restaurant serves Bulgarian and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also an English-style pub offering sandwiches, pizzas and barbecued treats. Drinks are also served at the lobby bar.

Deck chairs and umbrellas are provided at the pool. The hotel also has a doctor on site.
