This fully equipped cottage (sleeps 6) is centrally located within the resort with unobstructed views from the deck. Two bedrooms with all the furnishings of home (including air conditioning) will make your holiday comfortable and worry-free.

Additional notes:

1) one time cleaning fee ($150.00) will be added to all rentals.
2) small dogs will be considered with additional fee
3) minimum 2-day rental on all bookings
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are allowed.
Fee of 20.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s). (based on a minimum of 1 days) (Charged Any number of pets.)
Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds)
Pets allowed:Dog
A security deposit of 500.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.
Deposit applicability: Any number of pets.
A guest must request this optional service.
Maximum allowed: Two Pets
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.
Waterfront and/or Beach

Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
Lake Okanagan is a 1 minute drive/taxi from the property without crossing a road. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a private boat launch ramp and dock.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Property is not near a ski resort.
