The Klepperstee holiday park was originally a cosy family campsite and a perfect base for exploring Ouddorp and its surroundings. Nowadays the park distinguishes itself more and more by innovating and focusing on sustainability, not just making major changes for the sake of making changes. For example, beautifully designed accommodations are offered that are fully powered by their own solar panel park. The special architecture is perhaps best reflected in the central building that opened in 2019 where, among other things, the cosy bistro and the reception is situated - a grand welcome. The natural swimming pond is another example of a distinctive change. No chlorine or other chemicals, but clear water that is purified by the plants along the swimming pond. A delightful place that also fits in seamlessly with the luxurious appearance of the main building. In addition to the facilities that the main building has to offer, you will find the pleasant beach square of Ouddorp Duin about 900m away. A good restaurant with a beautiful terrace and a large playground, a posibility for the children; something for everyone. Moreover, this lively square also has practical matters such as a supermarket and bicycle rental. It's highly recommended that you cycle from the holiday park to the old centre of Ouddorp. The location of De Klepperstee Holiday Park in Ouddorp, on the border of Zeeland and South Holland, will undoubtedly make the heart of water sports enthusiasts beat faster. The beautiful sandy beach on the North Sea (approx. 1 km.), the beautiful Grevelingenmeer (approx. 4 km.) and the popular Brouwersdam (approx. 4 km.) offer you a heart stopping number of options. You can choose from a number of beautiful accommodations; instead of TV and radio, they have a good, private WiFi connection. Stay in a house made of recycled cardboard. It sounds a little weird, but you'll be amazed by the atmosphere and comfort! This 4-person type (NL-3253-68) features a kitchen diner in the front with fridge and cooker. At the back, you'll find a sleeping area with a double bed. Even though this area is not completely enclosed, most of it is separated from the kitchen diner by a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom. This creates some sort of a hallway from the front to the back. This type features a terrace in front and in the back, a picnic table and garden furniture. This cabin is located near the beautiful central building with restaurant and the natural swimming pond.
