Our Villa is a Spacious two-story townhome providing approximately 3,200 square feet of luxury living space. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and three private bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The villa offers high-speed internet, cable TV, central air-conditioning,, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a patio with table and chairs for 4 and two lounge chairs for sunning. This is a luxury villa at one of the special locations in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Two of the bathrooms have been completely remodeled to include walk-in showers. The exterior landscaping is amazing and truly lives up to the Jardines de Palma Real the Gardens of the Royal Palms.

Main Level

On the main level you will find the spacious family room, dining area and kitchen which open up to the outdoor terrace and yard. The Family room provides comfortable seating and a new 52” flat-screen TV with cable and access to internet channels. The full size kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, ample storage space and a center island with bar-top seating. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooktop, built-in microwave and oven. You’ll find all kitchen necessities ranging from pots & pans, serving dishes, utensils, cutlery and kitchen tools, dishware and serving dishes.

The covered patio is complete with a hammock, outdoor dining table for four, lounge chairs for sunning, and a gas barbeque. This is a favorite spot in the house that looks over the gardens and invites birds and iguanas to visit in the adjacent yard.

There is a main floor bedroom with two full-size beds, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There is also a powder room on the main floor.

Upper Level

The upper level has an additional family room area, Costa Rican style, and two additional bedroom suites.

The sizeable master suite has private access to the upper deck. It includes a king size bed, walk-in closet and a spacious newly-remodeled bathroom with a large-walk-in shower. The second upper level bedroom suite has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. All closets are equipped with additional linens and towels.

Neighborhood Amenities and Lifestyle

Whether you’re looking for rest and relaxation poolside, pampering or a scenic bike ride, there are numerous activities and amenities nestled amongst the five residential areas. Play our championship golf course right up to the ocean or enjoy access to tennis courts, the Beach Club, and an equestrian center. Bike trails extend throughout the property through forests, along the beaches, over rolling hills, and across pastures.

Pools

Each residential area has its own community pool, virtually eliminating lounge chair competition at a busy, noisy central pool. Enjoy the entire day reading and relaxing poolside, including use of the adjacent covered pavilion and grills to have an evening BBQ with friends and family. There is also a workout room as part of the pavilion area. The photo below shows our community pool with the pavillion in the background.

Beach Club

The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is available to our guests. It provides leisure, relaxation, and indulgence in a stunning beachfront setting. Here you can enjoy your favorite tropical drinks and amazing local cuisine served by attentive and friendly staff.

The Beach Club has an outdoor pool and bar, kids play areas, soccer field, surf board rental desk, tour-booking services, and a well-equipped gym - if you desire some extra pampering, request the menu of spa services offered right on site! If you must bring work to paradise, there is even a conference room overlooking the Pacific Ocean and WiFi access.

JW Marriott

The JW Marriott hotel is a short 5-minute walk from our townhome. As our guest at Hacienda Pinilla, you have access to their restaurants and beaches directly from within the property. They offer fine dining in different settings and often have live music. You can also rent mountain bikes, book tours into other areas of Costa Rica or catch a ride to Tamarindo (about 15 minutes away by car).

Golf Course

Created by acclaimed architect Mike Young, the course layout at Hacienda Pinilla conforms gracefully to the natural flow of the land, weaving through the tropical forest along the shores of the Pacific to provide an unparalleled blue water backdrop. This par 72 course, which can play up to 7,200 yards, was designed to enhance the natural landscape of Hacienda Pinilla, giving golfers an exceptional and immaculately conditioned place to enjoy a round with family and friends. This is challenging but fair course with plenty of traps to test your golfing skills. Beginners to professionals will enjoy this long course.
