You can relax in the pool or the hammock and dreamily gaze at the countryside view. For the more energetic there is badminton, table tennis and 'boules' available. Enjoyable outings can be made to the surrounding river beaches such as Lisle and Renamont where canoeing is available. Very near (7km) is Brantome 'The Venice of the Perigord', you can visit the Abbey and sample lunch in a riverside restaurant, there is also a bustling market on Fridays and a play park and crazy golf. Other potential visits include visit to caves, castles and pre-historic sites. The TV has English channels only. The house has low beams and the bedroom entrances are low upstairs.
