This 3-bedroom holiday home is in the heart of the Dordogne in the woods around Marsaneix. The furnished garden with trees, shrubs, and cheerful flowerbeds is the right place to relax after coming back from walks or excursions. The holiday home is suitable for a family with children or a group of 6 persons. The swimming pool built in 2021 will allow you to cool off on hot summer days. The immediate vicinity invites you to take bike rides and walks. To fetch groceries, the nearest supermarkets are 2 km away. You will find a tennis court and various restaurants at 12 km. It is also nice to take a dip in one of the beautiful swimming lakes in the area, such as the Lac de Neufont at 12 km. This home has electric heating and fireplace.
