Wonderful villa was fully renovated in 2015, mixing modern and traditional build whilst offering ample space throughout. Large enclosed and very peaceful garden, not overlooked with great covered heated swimming pool.

There is a wide sandy beach within walking distance via a quiet coastal road, 300m when the tide is high and up to 1000m at other times. Within ten minutes’ drive you will find some wonderful fine sandy beaches.
Close by there are lots of water sports activities such as windsurfing, body-surfing, paddle boarding, etc in places like Mogueriec, Sibiril or Santec.
The ferry port of Roscoff (sailings to and from Plymouth) is only 13 km away and has lots to offer with its streets filled with restaurants, bars, charming little art galleries and gift shops. Across a narrow stretch of water from the port is the small Island of Batz, a beautiful island you might want to pay a visit to.

ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor living room with TV, DVD player, sofa and armchairs. Door to terrace with dining area and pool. Wood burning stove located between the living and dining area (free wood provided). The living room leads to the dining area which is located in the kitchen.
Fitness room with treadmill, shower and wc. Direct access to the pool.

Modern kitchen: Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

Bedrooms
Ground floor:
2 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed (160cm), private shower room and French door to terrace.
Open tread stairs to first floor (care must be taken with young children).

First floor:
2 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). En suite shower room.

Bathrooms
Ground floor: Separate wc. 2 private shower rooms each with shower and sink.
First floor: 2 en suite shower rooms each with sink and wc (one of the shower rooms has a double sink).

Large and nicely designed garden with some flat lawn, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, electric barbecue, table tennis table and boules courts. Ample parking spaces and a car port.

Swimming pool: Covered, heated (28 degrees). Security system: Lockable cover. Steps down into the pool.

Included in the rental:
Bed linen and towels (including pool towels).
Change of towels once a week for two-week stays.
Cleaning included but the property must be left clean (kitchen, dishes done and put away, bins emptied and all linen put together in a pile). Failing that a charge may apply.
3 hours cleaning included per week for all two-weeks stays.
Water and electricity.
Cot (including linen), high chair and baby bath available. Please request at time of booking.

Other charges:
Refundable security deposit: £1300 payable with balance and refunded no more than 10 days after departure.

Check-in on Saturday between 5pm - 7pm. Checkout before 10am.
