The Space:

This 1650 square foot townhome features multiple levels of living space. There is a private driveway and garage that can accommodate up to two vehicles. When you enter the home, you will notice a built-in shelving unit that is perfect for keeping all of your belongings organized. As you move throughout the house, you'll notice the open concept floor plan allows each room to transition smoothly into the next.



The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island. There is plenty of room in the custom cabinets to store all of your family's favorite groceries, and the refrigerator and brand new microwave will come in handy when heating leftovers from the trendy brunch spot down the street. The kitchen is well-lit, has hardwood floors, and has every kitchen gadget you need to make meals like you do home. The expansive counter space also serves as a breakfast bar with four high top seats. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for more than one guest to work their magic in the kitchen, and the industrial-size sink and dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze.



The fully furnished kitchen transitions directly into the main living area. The openness of the common areas allow guests to move freely throughout the space without feeling cramped or crowded. The living room features high-end furniture in front of a sleek flat-screen TV. Locally inspired artwork, a fun chalkboard accent wall, and colorful accents make this room a fun and contemporary place to hang out. Slide open the sliding glass doors for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living. The private balcony overlooks the beautiful Nashville skyline and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at night or a cup of hot coffee in the morning.



The bedrooms are split between the levels ensuring peace, quiet, and privacy for everyone. The top floor bedroom features a Queen-size bed with white, tan, red, and teal accents. The high-end sheets and comforters make for a comfortable place to rest, and the soft lighting adds a warm glow to the room for bedtime reading. A large window is hidden behind heavy-duty drapes, so you can make the room as dark or as light as you want it. A bright teal area rug texture and color to the hardwood floors. This room has a single door for private access out to the balcony.



The second bedroom is located on the second floor and has an ultra-comfortable King-size bed. This room features plush carpeting, a bright and bold area rug, large windows, bedside lighting, and name brand sheets and comforters. A modern sofa sits in the corner of the room, creating a relaxed and comfortable private lounge area. This room also has floor-to-ceiling curtains covering the windows, so you can look out over the property or close them for ultimate privacy.



The third bedroom features a bright and bold yellow accent wall, abstract art on the walls, and two twin size beds. These beds are comfortable and covered with high-end sheets and comforters. This is the perfect place for kids or adults to rest after a busy day exploring Nashville.



Thanks to the two and a half bathrooms in this townhome, nobody will ever have to wait in line for the shower in the morning. The third bedroom has its own private bathroom. This bathroom features a shower/tubcombo, brand new chrome fixtures and finishes, and a beautiful vanity area with plenty of storage space. The half bath is located on the top floor and features a toilet and single pedestal sink in front of a large wall-mounted mirror. The third and final bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower that is enclosed with glass doors. The shower features chrome finishes and rainshower features. Every bathroom includes plush hotel quality towels.



Early risers can make a cup of coffee in the coffee maker provided and sneak out to the balcony for a calm and beautiful way to start the morning. This completely shaded and spacious balcony is an excellent place for a family photoshoot with the Nashville skyline in the background, or a romantic dinner under the stars.



Other things to note about this home:



- There are two balconies on the third floor. The balcony off the main living area has a 180 view of downtown

- The garage door measures 8’ wide x 7’11” tall x 23’2” deep. This easily accommodates a compact, however tightly accommodates and suv.

- The laundry room is the first door on the left in the second story hallway. The washer and dryer are stack units (small capacity)

- 40” Roku TVs all connected to WiFi - no active streaming accounts

- Kitchens have a full cooking and eating utensil selections as well as cups, bowls and plates and with a variety of pots and pans

- Home includes: vacuum, iron and ironing board,clothing hangers in each closet hairdryer is in master bathroom and first aid kits

This house is professionally managed and we have team members on call 24/7 to address emergency issues.

You will have access to the entire home.
