Good food is at the heart of Belle Mont Farm. Farmers, foragers and chefs ensure that dishes are prepared from the freshest ingredients harvested from the surrounding land and the Caribbean Sea. 90% of the restaurants’ dishes are sourced from local purveyors and the farm.
Executive Chef Christophe Letard oversees all food and beverage operations, including The Kitchen restaurant & The Mill bar located at The Great House, and the nearby Patio Garden, which offers fresh takes on traditional “comfort food” in a casual outdoor setting. The ‘Farm Table’ features an outdoor communal farm table set amongst vegetable and fruit gardens with a retractable roof, allowing guests to dine under the stars on a clear night.
