Charming apartment on the 1st floor in the center of Groede. The attractive living room is spacious and offers a lovely sitting area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Dulce gusto coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, comb microwave, dishwasher and kettle. There are three bedrooms, 2 with comfortable box-spring beds. The third bedroom has a single bed and a folding bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and sink and a washing machine and hair dryer. On the sunny balcony you can enjoy the evening sun. The enclosed garden gives a lot of privacy and can be entered with a lockable gate. The balcony is private, the garden is shared with Brouwerijstraat 3a in Groede. You can park in the street. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
