At Adventure Awaits, you can hit the slopes from your own front door. Conveniently located near the summit of Bryce Mountain on the Redeye ski run, powder (in winter) and bike trails (in summer) are just a few steps away. At the end of the day, you can rest your tired muscles in the hot tub watching the sun set over the Allegheny Mountains or get your endorphins going by visiting the sauna. The chalet can comfortably host large groups across its five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen, and dining area.

Each room has its own theme based on some of the most well-known and significant mountains in the world. On the first floor, the Tahoma room boasts a king size bed and décor inspired by Native American art. A rollaway twin bed/cot can be found stored in the closet. The adjacent Teton room contains two sets of bunk beds and has an American West theme.

On the main level, the Annapurna room, with its king size bed, is a nod to the mighty Himalayan Mountains, while the Aconcagua room, with two twin beds, is inspired by the Andes Mountains of South America.

At the chalet's most upper level is the Matterhorn Suite, with a king size bed, a 32-inch Roku-enabled TV, a jetted jacuzzi tub, and modern European-inspired décor.

An open floor plan gives the main level a grand and spacious feel. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook for yourselves during your stay. The dining room gives guests a vista over the ski slope. A 65-inch TV makes the great room the perfect place for movie nights. If you have extra guests, a sleeper sofa in the Great Room converts into a queen-size bed.

On the first level, guests can enjoy foosball and air hockey and a 75-inch TV.

You and your group will enjoy excellent Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the chalet, with top-of-the-line 1GB download speeds to power all of your devices.

The chalet also boasts five different deck levels with ample space to sit and enjoy the mountain air, a hot tub overlooking the ski run with uninterrupted views to the Allegheny ridges in the west, and an outdoor dining area comfortably lit by the warm glow of string lighting.

Important note! Adventure Awaits is on a paved road that is regularly plowed during winter when there is snow on the ground. That said, the hills in Basye can be extremely steep and at certain times of the year, you may find that you need a good 4WD or AWD vehicle to make it up and down the roads. I highly recommend using a 4x4 if you are visiting in Winter!

Please also note that as a small business, I am not able to grant last-minute refunds. I do want you and your money to be safe, however, so I highly recommend getting CFAR (cancel for any reason) travel insurance to protect yourself if something happens and you have to change your plans!
