Six unique and captivating bedrooms await you, each with a large double bed and with themes including Scotland, Thailand and Paris, as well as floral and nautical, to keep things interesting! The first room is alongside the living areas, putting you right at the heart of the action, while the others are distributed across the two storeys. Five of the rooms also benefit from air-conditioning, keeping you comfortable and content throughout your stay. In addition to one fabulous ensuite, there are three additional bathrooms, each as bright, welcoming and elegant as the next, all with a large shower.

With three-quarters of an acre of fragrant pine woodland surrounding you, and views out across the breath-taking mountains, this is a stunning rural retreat for a holiday of peace and tranquillity! An expansive pool terrace awaits you in your garden, with an 11m by 6m private pool at its heart. A children's pool area built into it ensures that all ages can join together in this fabulous environment. Fruit trees, olive groves, and a lawn area provide a lovely natural ambience, with casual seating, pool loungers and even a hammock all offering somewhere to kick-back and enjoy this stunning garden.

Ten minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the resort centre and with views across the stunning surrounding mountains, Villa Dardere is a perfect home for enjoying all the highlights of a holiday in Cyprus.

Just a 15 minute drive away is the charming Kyrenia: once a Venetian harbour town and its enchanting harbour are still utterly beautiful and something of an icon of the local area, along with its picturesque castle. The town features a magnificent backdrop provided by the Pentadaktylos Mountains and their dramatic forested hillsides. Nowadays it is a cultural and economic hub, with three universities, many hotels and a vibrant nightlife, as well as an annual culture and arts festival.

There are many places of interest in Northern Cyprus, such as the History Museum various abbeys and churches, including the Mavi Kiosk and Bellapais Abbey. The beautiful Karpaz Peninsula boasts a pretty Marina and Golden beach. The Karpas region is rich in subterranean water reservoirs, with fruit, olives and tobacco plentiful. Small villages dotted around the region with their inhabitants living in the same way they have for years.In Famagusta the Ruins of Salamis are a must go, you can also see Othello's Tower and the walled city. Nicosia is the last divided capital of the world; it's great for shopping addicts, as well as history lovers. Kyrenia is excellent for boat trips, and it's worth exploring the harbour and castle. If you are lucky you may see turtles from the boat.

The beaches along the coast are all a little unique. They have distinct features, ranging from shimmering golden sands to vast sweeping bays and, more often than not, perfect shallow waters where you can paddle, watch the gentle washing up of the waves and spend hours appreciating the calm of this immense sea.

As this wonderful region benefits from 300 days of sunshine every year, you're sure to enjoy countless hours in the sun, soaking up the rays and relishing the peace and tranquillity of this unspoilt area.

Tucked away on the west coast of the island there is the tranquil Akamas Peninsula, a rich, vibrant and unspoilt landscape filled with deep gorges and sandy bays. Head to the Blue Lagoon (you can take an organised boat tour to it!) for an unforgettable swim spot!

Gastronomes will delight with a visit to Cyprus – the traditional Meze with a whole variety of small hot and cold dishes is a delight, meanwhile, kebabs, Lahmacun, Mousaka or Kleftiko are also excellent options.

This property is also within a short drive of Larnaca International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be stress-free and easy!
