Under new ownership!!
Beautifully renovated beach cottage with private pool located on a quiet garden lined (minimum traffic)street 4 houses from a direct beach access and a short walk to the center of town, restaurants, and fun!! Come relax with us and enjoy your stay. The cottage has an open floor plan, tall ceilings and a warm costal farmhouse feel, with four bedrooms and two bath that sleeps 8 comfortably. (2020 we will only sleep 8) Enjoy a sun filled day on the beach and relaxing evening dining and lounging at your private pool located in the backyard, and is gated for safety and fenced for privacy, there are plenty of lounge chairs and two patio sets for dinning. Plenty of rockers for some front porch sitting under the cooling fans, while listening to the crashing waves. There's fun swings for your little ones too. There is an out door shower, where you can conveniently rinse off the sand before you hit the pool or entering the house. We added (2018) a regulation NBA basketball goal for those sport enthusiasts.
*UPDATE: Fall of 2019 All Bedrooms and Bathrooms have been completely Renovated (pictures to come)
Spring of 2020, The faƧade of the cottage will be remodeled. Update: Fall 2020

*New in 2015- our cottage is located one street down from a newly built accessible beach ramp, with a beach mat for easy pushing of wheeled chairs.
We are located 4 houses from a direct beach access point.
Amenities ā non-smoking, pool, NBA regulation basketball goal on concrete pad, lounge chairs, outdoor shower ā hot and cold, patio sets, porch rockers, kids swings, five cable TVs, Internet access, phone ā local calling, DVD and VHS player in each room, radio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Grill, crockpot, microwave, icemaker, high chair, and more!
