It comes with your own relaxing hot tub with a view of two beautiful outdoor koi ponds. This home is central to all of the Templeton and Paso Robles wineries, horse ranches, and is only about 10 minutes from downtown Templeton or Paso Robles. This 9-acre estate offers guests tranquility in a large family home setting.

On a quiet cul-de-sac road, this gorgeous home is the perfect wine-country getaway. You can enjoy morning walks with views of the surrounding hills, vineyards, and nestled oaks lining the Spring Creek. The back patio offer guests two barbeque pits, a warm fire pit to gather around, and a cozy feeling of togetherness with several inside and outside gathering spaces.

The newly-remodeled kitchen and pantry are stocked with amenities to enjoy during your stay. There is a Keurig for coffee and hot cocoa, an espresso machine, and a induction heater for hot water and tea. There is a game room with board games off the main living room and a much larger game room set up with a pool table, darts, checkers/chess, and even a corn-hole set. All set up for family fun or entertaining a large group of friends and/or family.

There are two dining room tables for dinner by candlelight or to just relax and soak up the landscape with a glass of your favorite local wine, some of which are furnished for your tasting. You'll enjoy two living rooms with gorgeous fireplaces to get cozy in the winter. The second (front) living room is more formal with a baby grand piano and a comfortable variety of seating. The main living room is adjacent to the kitchen and a separate wet bar area. It has a sprawling sectional couch and is a more casual feel.

You'll find a hot tub to relax in just off the dining room and a spa-like feel in every bedroom. You'll enjoy the rose garden, front and back yards, and beautifully-landscaped grounds as you stroll the property, with several places to sit and read or just enjoy quiet time any time you like.

For those that don't know the area of Paso Robles and Templeton, it is truly like no other. You will never run out of things to do. The ranch is within an easy drive to The Paso Robles region’s over 200 wineries, Lake Nacimiento, Lake San Antonio, Cambria, Hearst Castle, as well as the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Paso Robles and Templeton.

Don't worry, the home is set up with an office desk and printer for anyone that feels they may need to do some remote work while staying. Wireless system through Surfnet is included. There is a land phone line for domestic call use in the event of a cellular system interruption and battery back-up for power outages is in the works.
