If you dream of a holiday in a beautiful red cottage near a lake, then you have found the right place. This wonderful house which accommodates 6 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 11 people with family beds and cots included. The house is from 1909 but was renovated by the owners in 2005 so that all amenities are there but the house's charm remains. Here you live just over 100 meters from the lake Bässesjön, with a lovely lake view from the house. Down by the lake there is a rowing boat that can be rented if desired. Two new bicycles can be rented for excursions. The house is well suited for families traveling together or perhaps a large family. Here you can walk in the surroundings, see grazing cows in the meadows, let the children play in the playhouse, and in the sandpit or swing, swim at a bathing place on the other side of the lake, make bike excursions or just rest on the large terrace. There is an ice rink and a 3km long electric light track and ski track. If you want to make excursions, we recommend Enånger with marina and restaurant, Idyllic Söderhamn, Järvsö or Hudiksvall. In the winter you can store your skis in the Sheep House. There are tail patches and sledges that the children can borrow. Slopes for adults and large children can be found in Fågelhällan. For smaller children we recommend Järvsö. The accommodation is well suited for both summer and winter stays.
