On the first floor, 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with 3 beds, 1 room with a big bed (160 x 200 cms). Also a shower-room and a bathroom with a multi-spray shower. Private garage, private swimming pool (5 x 10 m), porch for summer dining room with integrated barbecue.
The large garden (2000 m2) is carefully enclosed for pets’ security. For the heating, 2 wood stoves + open fireplace (15€/week for the logs from October to March). Optional electric heating (according to consumption).The house is in a very quiet hamlet surrounded with woods. No cars, just silence.
Around, you will visit famous old castles, the famous vineyards (Saint Emilion, Monbazillac, Pomerol). Also caves and prehistoric sites, gourmet local markets, quaint secondhand exhibitions in villages on every Sunday. Available also are long forests walks, mountain bike tracks, canoe rides on the Dordogne river ...The golf course is only 30 km away, the tennis courts 10 km.
