The nice historic towns of Cognac (52 km) and Angoulême (53 km) can be reached within 30 minutes. You can take a day trip to the beautiful wine towns Saint-Emilion (59 km) and Bordeaux (85 km). Beach lovers can enjoy the Atlantic coast at Royan (100 km) or Lacanau (125 km).

This ground floor holiday home for eight people is located in the lively resort Etang Valliers and only 200 m. from the beautiful freshwater lake with beach (4 hectares). The detached holiday home has a spacious living room with couches and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The holiday home consists of three bedrooms (of which one with two bunk beds and two with one double bed 160x200), one bathroom with bathtub and one bathroom with shower and toilet adjacent to one of the bedrooms. Willing to do some laundry? No problem, a washing machine is at your disposal. The holiday home has an enclosed private swimming pool (9 mx 4 m, depth: 1.25 m, not heated). The swimming pool can only be used from mid-June to mid-September. Would you like a moment out of the sun, it offers a covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ solace. The resort is on the cutting edge of Aquitaine, Charente-Maritime and the Dordogne. You're surrounded by nature, yet not isolated. Just 200 meters away you will find the lake, a playground and a tennis court and mini golf course.
