Delightful holiday home set by the sea, in Långasand, close to the summer holiday town Falkenberg. The house is situated within walking distance (circa 800 metres) of the beach. This well-planned holiday home consists of two buildings. The larger building features two comfortable bedrooms, a combined kitchen and family room, and a bathroom with a WC, a shower, and a sauna. Dishwasher and washing machine included. On the other side of the large and comfortable terrace is the smaller unit and there is 1 bedroom with a smaller dubbel bed of about 140 cm. In the other room there is an extra sofa where you also can sleep and a table. In this room there is a small fridge. One bedroom is a walk-through room to the adjacent one. This is a great place for those who enjoy nature. There are plenty of beautiful paths for walking and enjoying the landscape. Tor why not visit the nearby town of Falkenberg? Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. The popular beach Skrea strand is just a few minutes away by car, you can also get there by bus or walk there. There are plenty of other lovely bathing spots within a few kilometres. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars, music events and many other activities. Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, situated close to Halmstad. Welcome to this lovely holiday home!
