North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is the perfect home base to explore Zealand. With its unique location between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer this holiday park is a privileged place. De Banjaard also has one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches in the Netherlands. A day trip to the sub-tropical water paradise in Kamperland, Neeltje Jans or a visit to Middelburg are fun excursions you can make from the holiday park. The facilities are housed in a plaza building in 'beach style' which is the core of the park. The Banjaard has villas and houses and there is suitable accommodation for everyone.

Four new accommodations have been added Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard's offerings. There is a 4-pers. restyled detached villa (NL-4493-111). The kitchen has a dishwasher and a combination microwave. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. You will find a couple of loungers on the terrace. There are two not-detached villas within this type. There is also a standard variation of the 4-pers. detached villa (NL-4493-112). On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and two of which each has a single bed. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bathtub. There is one not detached villa of this type. There is also a detached 6-pers. villa (NL-4493-113). This villa is more spacious than the 4-pers. villa and also has three bedrooms, each with two single beds on the first floor. In the hall you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with a toilet on the first floor. Finally, there is the semi-detached 8-pers. villa (NL-4493-114). There is a microwave in the kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor. All the bedrooms hove two single beds. There is a bathroom on both the ground and the first floor. In the downstairs hall is a separate toilet. All the villas are fully furnished. The beds are all boxsprings. You always have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for one car behind the villa.

Specifics
• Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22. Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
• During the low season from 10-12-2021 - 13-2-2022, 7-3-2022 - 27-3-2022 und 7-11-2022 - 18-12-2022, the facilities are open during midweeks (Mon-Fri).
• We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
• Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard is closed from Monday 12 December untill Friday 23 December.
• Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
• Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
• Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
