Modern Chalet With Garden Chamonix

Welcome to our magnificent chalet of 103m2 accommodating up to 8 people, a living space widely open on a rural and alpine environment. Panoramic view of the glaciers and mythical peaks of the valley. Garden in continuity with the old historical ski slopes of Chamonix (toboggan, snowshoes, hikes from the chalet). Very quiet area, only 5/10 minutes by car from the centre of Chamonix and 10 minutes from the nearest resorts.

## Logement
Located in Chamonix, the house measures 103m2, is bright and has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with a double bed, which can be converted into 1 or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a nice lounge area to relax in after an intense day of skiing. It has a high speed Wifi connection and a space where you can work.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay. The chalet is very well equipped: parking, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dryer, fondue machine, raclette machine as well as crepe and waffle maker. A baby bed is also available.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the resort! The area is very popular with hikers, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. Special equipment is required in case of heavy snowfall (snow tires or chains).

Linen is not included in the rental price but sheets and towels can be provided at extra cost

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. 10 ski areas make up the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and many activities are offered (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog-sledding,...). Other touristic places are very appreciated: the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Numerous landscapes are to be discovered all year long.

- 8km from "La Flégère" resort (16min by car)
- 14km from "Les Grands Montets" resort (20min by car) In winter, special equipment may be required to access the chalet in case of heavy snowfall.
