DreamSpace Cottage is located on the DreamSpace compound on the eastern tip of New Providence Island. It is 3 minutes walking distance to Winton Beach and the picturesque corner of the island (McPherson’s Bend) which overlooks a breathtaking view of the ocean.

The Cottage is a spacious 1400 ft.² home, with super-fast WiFi internet throughout. Designed and constructed in 2021, it boasts a fully functioning kitchen including stainless steel fridge and freezer, stacked washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a center island with wood countertops and an electric cooktop.

DreamSpace Cottage has three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a desk and chair, a queen bed, a stand-up closet with a mirror, two nightstands, an overhead fan, and a 50 inch HDTV mounted on the wall.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, loveseat, and a 55 inch HDTV. The dining area has a beautiful dark wood dining table with six chairs, nestled in an ocean wave. Wall. Original works of art by local artists grace the walls and spaces of this elegant yet cozy cottage.

You will walk out of the front French glass doors onto meandering custom built walkways, that flow in and out of 100 palm trees, grown on the property, to a uniquely shaped 40’ swimming pool equipped with its own 500 ft.² pool house, all surrounded by beautiful palms, spearmint plants, native trees including; Kamalame, mango, soursop, ackee, avocado, and sugar apple and surrounded by a 10 foot, custom-built green heart wood plank fence.

The 1/2 acre property is fully secure, with a 6-foot concrete wall, Ring doorbells for added security, and automatic walkway and driveway gates, all controlled remotely by your mobile phone. A secondary gate leads to the cottage and the sprawling backyard, pool house, and pool.
