You will find the luxurious bungalow of this brand new resort in the heart of the beautiful constructed golf courses with water groups and bunkers. This is an alternating location, with the facilities in the centre building and the unique Moselle landscape, also for those who dont play golf. A nice living room, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and utility room with washing machine and dryer are available in the accommodation. There are also six bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. This fine family home is therefore equipped with four bathrooms, one of which is downstairs, one with bath and one with a sauna! For the most part detached, the villas are spread over the park. All villas are complete, comfortable and modern and have a garden with terrace and garden furniture. From some villas you overlook the golf course.

Specifics
• Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
• Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
• We would like to verify you that at bad weather conditions the golf course might be closed. This decision will be made every day, possibly every hour.
• From early May 2022 to mid-November 2022, Ferienresort Cochem is working hard on the center building. As a result, the indoor facilities such as the catering industry, golf shop, Kids Club and bicycle rental will be closed. The reception will be open. To replace the Kids Club, outdoor activities are organized at the park. The supermarket will be open in a small form. The swimming pool is currently closed due to the Corona measures. And there will be a food truck in the park for take-away dishes.
• Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Vakantiepark Cochem is closed from Monday 30 January until Monday 6 February.
• We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only

At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
