The recently refurbished house has 1 bedroom plus a mezzanine floor. It can sleep 3 adults of 2 adults & 2 children (under 2's not recommended due to open stair case)
There is a lovely fenced patio area at the front, as well as a balcony off the bedroom.
The ground floor has a light airy living room & fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, pots/pans etc.
The living room has a sofa bed, 32"" smart TV.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom & a bathroom.
There is air conditioning throughout so you can relax in the cool environment after returning from beach!
Within a few minutes walk is the local fruit store & a selection of local Cypriot tavernas - Taverna Napa, Stamnia, Hungry Horse to name a few. The monastery central area of Ayia Napa is just 500m.
