Burgos Drive has a one-car garage and room for your complimentary golf cart. Enter through the sunny screened lanai, a perfect place for morning juice or coffee, and an excellent spot for relaxing at the end of an activity-filled Villages' day. The dining room seats four for more formal dining. The well-equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, an eat-in table and chairs for four, and added breakfast bar seating for three, for more informal fare. The compact kitchen includes all you need to create meals, but please do remember that The Villages' favorite hobby, apart from golf, is "Eating Out." You will find so many varied dining experiences in Lake Sumter Landing Market Square! The cuisines are truly international in scope, from Thai to Japanese to New York City! The roomy open-plan living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for quiet nights in. The master bedroom, offers a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and an en-suite master bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two has an integral closet and is adjacent to bathroom two, with its tub and shower combination. Town squares are a very important and popular component of The Villages lifestyle. You will find unique boutique shopping, restaurants, eight-screen movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly (from 5:00pm to 9:00pm) on each square! Recreation Centers are another part of Villages' life. Recreation Centers offer free classes and activities, both indoors and out. Your neighborhood and regional rec centers have pools, whether they be family or adult, for your convenience, usually a short golf cart ride away. Your local rec is the conveniently close El Santiago Center. The beautiful Savannah Center is your Regional Rec, where you will find more activities and a large sports pool, and there is always pickleball! Do stop by any rec with your Temp ID for your list of the free activities. You will be amazed at what is offered! If golf is your game, you are cart close to the neighboring executive courses of El Diablo and El Santiago. Your are well positioned, also, for the Glenview and Hacienda Hills Country Clubs, with their championship courses, pro shops and excellent restaurants. With the purchase of a Resident ID card you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch & putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You will pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
