Enjoy a truly adorable charming little modern cottage with vaulted living room ceilings and beams!

Guest total is limited to 4 and your wonderful dogs are welcome! The large yard contains a fully enclosed fence! We include clean doggie bowls for your convenience!

If you would like access to the separate, keyed laundry room to wash and dry your clothing, please simply ask and we will provide you with access.

You have this newly-remodeled charming 650sf cottage all to yourselves including a kitchen with subway tile backsplash, solid wood countertops, farmhouse sink, refrigerator (with purified water and ice), plus more!

Grill out on the back patio (propane included) if you choose!

Relax in your living room with a 55" big screen television (with your own streaming options).

Embrace the smalltown farm neighborhood experience by waking up to the roosters and watching/listening to the clucking neighboring chickens, geese, and turkeys. It is very important to note that the neighboring fowl/bird farm sounds can be quite rambunctious! Roosters crow before dawn and geese actively cluck throughout the day and early evening. Everybody's dogs are different, but if you are bringing your dog(s), their behavior may become disrupted while out in the yard due to the birds' activity. When our family is in town, we bring our two adults dogs (a Weimaraner and a Doberman) and the fowl/bird farm does not bother them at all...but please know this may not be true for your pup(s).

Meet the goats across the road: Daisy and Ben. You might see Billy (the potbelly pig across the road) make an appearance too!

Conduct office work, play cards, complete a puzzle, play board games, or enjoy a date night dinner on your solid wood corner nook dining table or on the front porch table. Listen to Pandora on the TV while you're at it!

Throughout your modern boho cottage hang 4 original abstract canvas paintings by highly acclaimed Arizona artist Alisha Marie Anglin.

Curl up with a book and sip your favorite beverage on the front porch, side enclosed porch, or the backyard around a handmade wine barrel gas fire pit alongside 4 solid wood custom seating underneath the stars and string patio lighting. Enjoy the sound of the wind whistling through the nearby tall pine trees.

While you have your morning coffee or early evening happy hour outside, be sure to look for elk passing by! When there is 1, there are usually more!

The shower pressure is divine and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for convenience.

We do have video surveillance in the front exterior only. This is purely for security purposes.

*Please be cognizant of natural wildlife. Even though the yard is fully fenced/enclosed, it is important to keep a close eye on your pets and children outdoors.

*Due to our mountain location, WiFi can be spotty at times.

*No smoking/vaping of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in an additional charge of $500 for 'de-smoking' the home.

*We have a very sensitive, small septic system. Please help us take care of it by disposing only bodily fluids and toilet paper in the toilet (no "flushable" wipes, feminine products, etc. Thank you so much!!!

*Due to our nature/mountain location, occasional flies, gnats, spider, other insects, and critters may find their way into the cottage from time to time, especially when doors are open for any period of time and during storm season. We regularly utilize pest control to minimize occurrences.
