Take in the fields, flowers, and animals of heart and soil ridge, then take a break to jump in the pool or relax in the hot tub. There is a wealth of learning and experience on our farm - join in a farm tour through the cover crop fields, help feed and water the animals, learn about regenerative agriculture, collect the eggs, assist with the flower harvest, snowshoe in the winter, and meet the baby animals in spring...no matter the season, there are lots of things to experience here on the farm. You can feel the freedom to jump in and participate in the happenings of the farm as much or as little as you like. Either way, come relax and take in the natural beauty of this area. Our family of seven would love to host you here at Heart and Soil Ridge!

Each of our guest houses come equipped with full kitchens, bathrooms, and sitting areas. Two of the guesthouses are next door to each other, and the third is just across the driveway. The homes are located across from our main farmhouse, home to our family of seven, yet is quiet, separate, with views of the tall white barn.

We are easy to find, just off of I-90, and located a simple 20 minute drive from both the Winona and La Crosse communities, which have a lot to offer. From festivals, to coffee shops, to hiking, to museums - you will find plenty of outings to add interest to your stay.

Just five minutes from our property is Great River Bluffs State Park, offering beautiful vistas of the Mississippi River valley. Or take in the views by car, and travel along the Apple Blossom Scenic Drive, just a few minutes from Heart and Soil Ridge.
