Almond Hill is a beautiful private villa at Montego Bay, located on a previous coconut plantation. Designed in 1993 by Prince Kasimir Korybut, the villa was extensively renovated in 2012. The villa is only 22 minutes drive from Montego Bay and a minute away from Round Hill Resort, where the visitors enjoy complimentary membership, making it an excellent option for villa rentals in Jamaica. The 3-bedroom villa has lovely interiors; a private bedroom conveniently located in the verandah and offers a spectacular view of the luxuriant green lawns and a sparkling blue swimming pool.

Post renovation, Almond Hill has emerged as one of the best picture-perfect villas in Jamaica, with the most tastefully done interiors. The furniture and fabric reflect the Caribbean culture and the Jamaica villa presents an aura of comfort and elegance. The lavish ambience of the bedrooms makes the visitors feel completely indulged. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, with private bathrooms, king-sized or twin beds and large louvered doors open out to the walled garden. The extra bedroom has a private entrance to be the ideal private hideaway and is detached from the main villa. The lovely out-door shower off the master bedroom adds to the novelty of the villa.

The high-ceilinged living room has been fitted with tall library shelves that house an extensive selection of movies and books, 6-speaker sound system and cable television.

The best entertainment area at Almond Hill is the spacious, tastefully furnished verandah that offers a picturesque view of Montego Bay area and the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea. The verandah is perfect for afternoon siestas, peaceful reading, lovely informal meals or for simply having great fun. Apart from the refreshing day time view, the perfect evening view shows the glittering lights of the city, making the verandah the finest setting for romantic candlelight dinners.

The large private swimming pool is only a few steps from the villa and provides a brilliant setting for many pleasurable memories and joyful moments. The second out-door shower has been installed by the pool. The very spacious gazebo right beside the pool is perfect for poolside meals and peaceful laptop moments.

The well-maintained lawns between the pool and the villa are Ruben's pride, who has been landscaping and maintaining the tropical garden for over 20 years. Ilet has been the head of the household and cook for as long. -Located in the Round Hill area, about a 30 minute drive from the airport

-The Living area has a small ocean view and view of the town of Montego Bay – glimmering lights at night!

-The first bedroom is off the Living Area with a small ocean view and King Sized bed

-This bedroom walks out to back lawn.

-Bathroom has been redone and has a big tub and outdoor shower.

-The second bedroom has a king sized bed or can be converted to two twins.

-Small ocean view

-Towards back of the house – has garden view and door to the garden from this bedroom
