A family owned, superbly managed villa on the Mayan Riviera beachfront with breathtaking ocean views, a beautiful private pool oasis and even private beach access.

This villa’s awe-inspiring beachfront location and available space for up to 20 guests makes it the perfect stay to host large groups, such as family reunions and even corporate retreats.

The property is divided into 2 identical “Twin Villas”, perched directly above one another, with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms between the two.

Both units also have their own kitchens’ and dining areas, with everything in both units being almost identical!

The villa’s warm, friendly, and extremely attentive staff is dedicated to making you feel at home and ensuring your stay is one to remember.

Enjoy the pool, the coconut garden oasis, the smell of ocean on and our beachfront, the exotic wildlife, etc.. This secret jewel really does offer ALL the space & luxuries you need for a truly enjoyable stay!

There are 4 identical bedrooms that include:

◘ 1 queen and 1 single bed each
◘ Full en-suite bathrooms w/ standing showers

2 of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor and feature direct access to the outside terrace, while the other two are on the 2nd floor and feature great views

BEDROOM 5 AND 6 WITH EN-SUITES:

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are also identical and feature:

◘ two queen beds each
◘ Full en-suite bathrooms w/ standing showers

*All bedrooms feature quality bedding for a perfect night’s rest. They also have ample closet space to unpack your clothes, as well as a little desk nook for you to catch up on work if need be.

The villa is professionally managed, fully cleaned before every stay, includes daily maid service, and for your convenience, it comes with beach towels, bathroom towels, shampoo & basic soaps, beach lounge chairs, and everything else you'll need for a truly enjoyable stay.


The villa is fully stocked with top of the line flat screen TVs and wireless internet, with air conditioning in every room for maximum comfort.
