Close to many tourist attractions in the sunny Phoenix East Valley. Golf, shop, go hiking trails in the San Tan Mountains. Walking distance to Queen Creek Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms. Nearest golf couse 2.2 miles away (see photos). There are Private bedroom, full bathroom, private courtyard. A/C. Linens, towels, Coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge, TV/internet, iron, soap, shampoo included. Parking in driveway or street. Heated community pool, splash pad, pond. **we are located in a new neighborhood with new construction going on. Periodically you may hear noise from hammers or equipment. This is normally during the day and it is intermittent. In the evenings it's pretty quiet.
