The park: This beautiful park is only 500 m. from the North Sea Beach, on the edge of the well known seaside resort of Renesse. The facilities in the central building ensure that you are not lacking a thing.

Four bungalow types were completely restyled in 2018. They're furnished in a complete and modern way. There's a 6-person semi-detached type (NL-4325-43)/with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. There's a bathroom on every floor. There are also 8-person types. There's a semi-attached type with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (NL-4325-44). The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each floor has a bathroom. There also is a detached 8-person type (NL-4325-45). This bungalow features four bedrooms (one of which on the ground floor) and two bathrooms (on of which on the ground floor). Finally there's the semi-detached 8-person bungalow (NL-4325-46), adapted for the disabled. There are no thresholds and there's an adapted toilet. There are four bedrooms, one of which on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. One of the bathrooms features a walk-in shower. There also is a washing machine. In the bedrooms you'll find single box-spring beds (unless there's a bunk bed); some placed in a double bed setting. All bungalows feature a garden with terrace and garden furniture. There are also two loungers. You can use the WiFi for free and your car can be parked near the bungalow. Both the interior and the exterior of the bungalow can differ. The pictures only provide an impression and serve as an example.

Specifics
• Weekly park journal with current activities and opening hours, free access to the swimming pool at Villapark Zeeland Village and the subtropical swimming paradise at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland (approx. 25 minutes by car).
• By order of the municipality, groups are only allowed in this park under certain conditions. When a booking made falls into the risk group, a deposit of € 500 per person will be required. This deposit must be paid in advance and will be refunded within a week after the stay and inspection of the accommodation. The risk group includes all groups except families with children and diving groups. Sports groups (except dive groups) are not allowed.
• Group bookings during Ascension, Pentecost and Fronleichnam are no longer possible at all and are not allowed.
• In case a high chair and cot are rented: double costs will be charged for a stay longer than a week.
• We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period 08-11-2021 to April 1, 2022 and November 7, 2022 to January 9, 2023, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreation program.
• Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort will be closed from Monday 21 November to Monday 28 November.
• Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only
• You will receive a cost overview by email from the park for the additional costs/local costs. You are required to pay this account before your arrival. This will avoid unnecessary delays on checking in and you will then be able to start your holiday immediately
• Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
• The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only
• Pets will be allowed on request only and a mandatory final cleaning fee applies
• Pets need to be mentioned during the booking process due to limited availability
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
• Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
