Minimum Stay: Oct-May (4 night minimum); June-Sept/Holidays (7 night minimum arriving/departing Sat. & Sun only); Holidays include: Christmas Week, New Years Week, Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping outside noise to a minimum during quiet hours (8 pm - 9 am), and following shelter-in-place guidelines. Excessive noise or partying will not be tolerated and we have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.

TOURISM OCCUPANCY TAX: 10.5% of rental rate, cleaning fee, damage waiver (imposed by City of San Diego)

NON REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE: $395
DAMAGE WAIVER: $149
Credit Card Fee: 3.25%

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT -- We are not always able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. When it is available, early check-in and late check-out is provided at a rate of $75 for every hour early (before 4 pm) for check-in and for every hour late (after 10 am) for check-out. Must be approved by management prior to arrival.
