Once you’ve entered the gated property, the villa is approached by a long palm-lined driveway. Step through the villa to discover the oceanfront swimming pool , which has a outside area shaded by an umbrella, a barbecue, and several sets of lounge chairs. Access the beach via a short flight of stairs to the ocean with direct private access to the beach from the front lawn area. A separate lanai overlooking the beach is a tranquil spot to read or relax. Inside, the villa is well-equipped for entertaining, with a media room, wine cooler and wet bar, games selection, sound system and Wi-Fi. It’s also air-conditioned and has laundry facilities,throughout; the colors of the home bring the beach inside providing you with a tropical feeling no matter where you are in the house. The living area boasts floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that lead out to your upper deck overlooking the beach. The large, picture windows flood the interior of the house with natural light.
