The newly built 4 bedrooms chalet in Heremence for 10 persons is highly recommended for family and large groups. The village is situated above the Rhone valley at an altitude of 1050 metres. Sviv chalet is peacefully situated just above the village. You can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and directly from the chalet to start walks. The splendid chalet is only 3 km from the town center and daily supplies. Ski lift can be easily found within 200 metres. The house is child friendly with children's bed and high chair. The house offers a living room on the ground floor with great amenities such as TV, fireplace, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen and furnished bathrooms. 2 bedrooms on the first floor at the front have a balcony with panoramic views.The beautiful chalet provides the plenty of storage, sauna, floor heating and cozy parking area. you can access to a small garden and terrace with awesome garden furniture. A quiet chalet with good facilities and furnishing are well maintained. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
