For large groups, you can also rent our casita for a bit more each night.

4WD is recommended on the roads outside San Juan del Sur and required within our community. Solar hot water and battery backup systems keep the lights, TV & WiFi on, the refrigerator cold and the showers hot when local power is disrupted. House includes 24 hour concierge service, cleaning services, gardeners and pool cleaning, as well as 24-hour security.
