FOUR SEASONS LAKEHOUSE - This recently renovated and updated waterfront spot is the perfect Lake Simcoe family getaway. The open concept living space with it's welcoming and cozy decor is perfect for summer and winter family getaways. The main floor kitchen and dining area offer views of the lake and easy access to a large covered deck that boasts a gourmet, chef-inspired built in BBQ and ample seating. The outdoor space at this property is as well laid out as the inside. The large driveway allows for multiple cars and still has ample room to get the kid's bikes out. Four Seasons is conveniently located in the centre of Orillia but on a quiet tree lined street with little traffic. The waterfront offers a fire pit and lots of room for yard games as you meander over to the lake front. At the waterside is a rocky, shallow gradual entry until the end of the dock. The large dock is perfect for your boat or rental and the quiet protected bay allows for easy maneuvering.
