We also have 2 x portacots with mattress and linen, and 2 x highchairs available for families with young children.


The property is ideally located within a short driving distance of 10 world class golf courses, including:

The house is also perfectly located for easy access to all the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula including the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and the

Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. The house is only ever tenanted to one group so it's all yours to enjoy.


Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note that the property is unfenced on several boundaries and so we cannot guarantee the security of pets.


We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights for long weekends.
