An ideal vacation rental for anyone; from solo travelers, to couples looking for a quiet getaway, to groups of friends, thrill-seekers, hikers, and skiiers, to families seeking out a safe lake visit with activities for kids. In the Summertime, you have one of the top-rated lakes and beaches in the Poconos at the end of your street, along with access to the community's three heated swimming pools, plus canoeing, kayaking, and boat rentals on the lake, basketball & tennis courts and playgrounds, as well as many community activities, potlucks and meals, movie nights, fitness center, and much more. In the Fall and Spring, our Arrowhead cottage is minutes away from hiking trails and thousands of acres of scenic State Parks and countless other activities. During Winter months, our home makes the perfect ski retreat, as we have two beautiful fireplaces (one wood, one gas) and are only 15 minutes from award-winning ski slopes at Jack Frost & Big Boulder, and 20 minutes from Camelback slopes and Kalahari Indoor waterpark.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
Bedroom One sleeps two guests, containing one queen-size bed
Bedroom Two sleeps three guests, containing one bunk bed (full-size mattress on bottom, twin on top) and one twin-size day bed
Great Room Suite sleeps two guests, containing a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa topped with new 4-inch specialty memory foam mattress. This is an additional living room with gas fireplace, private entry and doors that can be closed to the main house, creating a 3rd bedroom.
The house's Main Living Room sleeps one guest, containing a new twin-size sofa pull-out bed.

BATHS:
This house contains two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combo.

We also provide kid-friendly amenities like playset, pack-n-play crib, and high chair.

Our home is located right inside Arrowhead Lake, a gated community offering 24-hour security is an unbelievable location central to many major Poconos attractions. As part of the Lake's policies, and to access all of the features of the community, guests will be required to submit registration information for themselves and their vehicles following their booking confirmation, and prior to their actual stay. This is a quick and easy process which we will walk you through!

ARROWHEAD LAKE FEES:
Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to confirm their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.

***Arrowhead Lake's Administrative Office requires that all visiting renters to the community pay what they refer to as 'Temporary Membership Fees' to help keep the community safe, staffed, and to cover the administrative cost of allowing renters. This is common to gated communities in the Poconos and allows for the upkeep of our excellent amenities. In Arrowhead, all renters age 12 and older will be required to purchase amenity membership for the duration of their stay, at the cost of $5 per person per day in the off-season, and $8 during on-season. These give entry to the community's three swimming pools during the Summer season, lake beaches, community center, fitness room, pool hall, library, etc. Children under 12 are FREE.
-Vehicle registration is free for the first vehicle, $15 per additional vehicle for your stay, and the lake adds a $10 overall registration fee to set-up each overall rental group, or $20 for parties registering within 5 days of their arrival. I will work with you to get your registrations completed days in advance of your arrival, as the Lake Office also adds late fees for registration within 72 hours.

-15 minutes from award-winning ski slopes at Jack Frost & Big Boulder, and 20 minutes from Camelback slopes and Kalihari Indoor waterpark. 15 minutes away from world-class water parks, both kalahari and H2O/Split Rock resorts.

-Countless other nearby Poconos attractions include Sun Casino, Mount Airy Casino, and Pocono Raceway. Lehigh Gorge and Hickory Run State Parks are also nearby, along with mini-golf, batting cages, mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, paintball, snow tubing, whitewater rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, Nascar racing at the Pocono Raceway, Go-karts, shopping at Crossings Poconos outlets, and much more.
