This private garden Villa is wonderfully positioned down a quiet lane in Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the south east corner of Bali.

The Villa is located just a 350 meter walk from the beachfront of Sanur. Close by is the Mercure Hotel and the Sanur Beach Hotel, at the southern end of Sanur Beach. The Villa is located in the green belt area of Sanur and is surrounded by tree's and private houses. It is a private oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a short walk or bicycle ride away from the shops, restaurants, spa's and all the facilities of the Sanur tourist area.

The Villa has two bedrooms, a living/ dining room, kitchen, swimming pool, and outdoor seating area.

The living room contains a comfortable lounge, television with satellite TV and DVD player installed, surround sound stereo system, 4 seater dining table, ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The bedrooms are both accessed from the living room. Each has an adjoining en suite with walk in showers, and the main bedroom en suite also has a bath tub.

Both bedrooms have king sized beds. One room can also be configured as two king singles.

Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests. A cot can be added to accomodate an additional infant for a small extra charge.

If you have a larger group, right next door is another villa, a 3 bedroom property that is connected by an adjoining doorway, allowing up to 10 guests to stay!

The bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen are all fully air conditioned.

The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large refrigerator, microwave, two burner gas cook top, toaster, coffee plunger, teapot, crockery, glasses, a filtered water you need if you wish to self cater. We also make sure you have salt and pepper, dish washing liquid, sponges, teatowels etc. and a selection of menu's from the many local restaurants that will deliver to the Villa so catering is something that is very easy to organise.

Next door to this Villa we manage a three bedroom property that can also be rented if you have a larger group and would like to be together. The Villa can be accessed by a connecting door directly from this property.

The beach is a short walk or bike ride from the house, and once there you can utilise the beach front walkway and bike way that extends the 6km length of Sanur beach.

Nearby also are Sanur and Benoa harbours which gives boat access to Lembongan, Lombok and the Gili islands, just off the coast of Bali, great places for scuba diving, snorkelling and other water based sports.

The local supermarket is close by and has a great selection of local fruit and veg, meats, seafoods, and the basics, as well as all the imported comforts you may require. There is also a local deli, many restaurants, sports bars, ATM's and money changers, tourist information, and a large variety of shopping all situated in the Sanur village area.
